Eastend Wardrobe is a designer dress hire store. The store hosts a variety of high-end fashion labels which can be rented out for a fraction of the retail price. Local customers can book in for a try-on and personal styling session to help you find the perfect outfit for your next special event. It also offers a postal service for non-local customers.

The store was created with circular and sustainable fashion at the forefront. Eastend Wardrobe brings you a new way to share your love for fashion and join the circular economy.
Our rental collection gives you access to hundreds of designer pieces that can be worn once and returned for someone else to enjoy! By choosing to rent your wardrobe it reduces the amount of fabric which ends up in landfill each year and reduces the overall environmental impact on our planet.

Product Information

Browse our hire collection with over 300 dresses online. Once you have chosen a dress, select the date you would like to pick-up your dress in store or get delivered. Fill out your information and confirm the booking by making payment.

On Wednesday's and Thursday’s, you need to book an appointment via our website for a personalised styling session. This way we can guarantee you our full attention without interruptions. Both days we have extended trading hours.
On Friday and Saturday’s, we are open for walk-ins, with no appointment necessary. During this time, you are welcome to browse and try on garments for those of you wanting a last-minute outfit.
Please keep in mind during our walk-in period we cannot guarantee change room availability and a personalised styling session as there may be multiple customers in the store at once.

When attempting to book an item, you will be asked to select a Delivery Date. If the calendar is showing red, then it is already booked by someone else but if it’s green then it means the dress is available. If you can select the date, it's available for that date!

Currently we are only offering a 4 day hire period. Please contact us if you are needing a longer hire period as we may be able to help depending on future bookings. Keep in mind there will be an extra fee.

You can come and pick up your items in store from Wednesday through to Saturday during our opening hours.
We recommend selecting the booking period to start at least 1 day prior to your event. This is especially important for online orders, to give an allowance for any shipping delays.

We have a local lenders program where we take your designer dress on consignment, and you can earn a commission each time your item is rented out. To find out more information go to our “Become a Lender” page and fill out our form to see if your dress is the right fit for our store.
Shipping & Delivery

When asked to select a "Delivery Date" we aim for the item to arrive on or before this date. We recommend you choose a date that is 1-2 days prior to the date you intend to wear the item.

Shipping rates are $29.95. This is for express shipping to you and a return label for when you're done with your dress.

If you are a local customer, you will be given our 4 digit drop box code to use on our front door when returning your item.
For postal orders, all our shipping satchels are re-usable with a second adhesive glue strip. Place the dress inside the same satchel the dress came in and use the pre-paid return label provided to stick over the top of the old one. Re-seal the bag and take to your nearest post office to lodge over the counter.

If you’ve lost the provided prepaid return postage satchel, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item yourself. This must be done over the counter at an Australia Post store or depot and must be sent in a yellow Express Post satchel.
Then, get in touch with us to let us know and provide the tracking number for the parcel.
Damage, Accidents & Late Returns

No. Dry cleaning is included in your hire fee. Please do not attempt to clean garments before returning them as the materials need specialised care. If any stains do not come out from dry cleaning than further fees may apply.

We understand minor make-up and tan marks may occur and we have partnered with a professional dry-cleaning service which handle our garments with specialised care.
Where more major damage or stains occur, please DO NOT attempt to clean, or alter yourself. Immediately inform Eastend Wardrobe and provide photo evidence of damage.
In the circumstance where the garment needs replacing due to damage beyond repair, or failure to return the item entirely, the customer will be charged the recommended retail price (RRP) to replace the garment. This charge will occur 14 days after the due date of return unless other special arrangements have been made with Eastend Wardrobe.
In the scenario where a garment can be repaired for less than the original RRP, this repair fee will be charged to the card details provided. Further charges may be incurred if the delays in repair interfere with future customer bookings of the garment.

For any reason you are unable to drop or post the rental item on the specified return date, late fees may apply. At times we will allow a grace period of 1-2 days for unforeseen circumstances, however, will be unable to do so if it affects a future booking for another customer.
Our company relies on customers returning items in a timely manner. A late fee of $30 will be charged for each day late.
Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

In the case when theproduct and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you areeligiblefor a full refund.
In the case whenthe packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you areeligiblefor a partial refund.
In the case when aproduct has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you arenot eligiblefor a refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
